1. Reservation & Verification Workflow

All submitted direct website bookings undergo a manual identity verification check. Once approved by the owners, a digital Short-Term Rental Lease contract is transmitted via email. This contract must be electronically signed within 24 hours.

2. Deposits & Payments

• A 20% non-refundable holding deposit is mandatory to secure and lock your dates on the primary availability calendar.
• The remaining 80% balance transaction must clear completely no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled check-in arrival slot.
• All card transactions are processed securely via Stripe merchant configuration portals.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit only the 20% holding deposit.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are fully non-refundable unless the dates can be successfully re-booked to an alternative guest party.
